Tiffany is a Premise Health fitness team member and is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor, NASM certified personal trainer, and AFAA group exercise instructor.<\/p>\n<p>During the webinar, Tiffany breaks down these postures in detail to demonstrate the correct, safe way to get into them. She also discusses the health benefits of each pose to provide members with an understanding of how these movements can positively affect their bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the recording below to practice the postures alongside Tiffany while learning more about their incredible health benefits. Yoga can also help counteract the effects of living in such a fast-paced society, where we forget to slow down, ground ourselves, and be more present.
