The promotion comes after Brochu joined Premise in April of last year as the executive vice president of growth and development. Clark cited Brochu as an integral leader within the organization, supporting cross-functional collaboration, strategic alignment, and growth enablement.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cDerek has been a trusted partner and advisor to Premise for the better half of a decade,\u201d Clark said. \u201cAfter officially joining the organization this past year, he has only reaffirmed our trust in his dedication to developing and executing on Premise\u2019s goals for growth and innovation. We have absolute confidence in Derek and his team to continue providing expert insight into healthcare at large, innovations in value-based care, and promising opportunities for strategic partnerships.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Brochu first worked with Premise in 2018 as a director at OMERS Private Equity. He played a strategic role in OMERS\u2019 acquisition of Premise that year and remained a key advisor for the remainder of his tenure with the firm. In total, Brochu spent eight years with OMERS and was responsible for the origination, execution, and management of its North American investments.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cPremise\u2019s mission and opportunity to change healthcare for the better has always deeply resonated with me, so my transition into a leadership role here felt like a natural one,\u201d Brochu said. \u201cFrom day one, my intention has been to keep our values at the forefront of the work that we do, and it\u2019s exciting to be a company where innovation helps all key stakeholders.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Brochu will continue to oversee enterprise initiatives for the future growth and development of Premise in his new role.
