\"PremiseThe <\/span>Nashville Health Care Council<\/span><\/b><\/a> announced its 2025 class of <\/span>Council Fellows<\/span><\/b><\/a>, naming <\/span>Premise Health\u2019s<\/span><\/b><\/a> Vice President of Product\u202fMeghan McManama\u202famongst the most recent cohort of leading innovators and change makers in healthcare. A highly competitive program, only 30 senior leaders are invited to participate in the nationally recognized curriculum every year.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Nashville Health Care Council launched the Fellows program in 2013 alongside former U.S. Senator Bill Frist, M.D. to engage and connect leaders across the industry in new perspectives and ideas about driving change in healthcare. Since 1995, the Council has grown to support nearly 300 corporate members nationwide and <\/span>provides opportunities for education, leadership, and networking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m honored to have been invited to join this year\u2019s class of Council Fellows,\u201d said McManama. \u201cHaving served as a medical operations and product leader, I\u2019ve always had a curiosity and passion for improving the experiences and outcomes of patients, whether it\u2019s those that I\u2019ve cared for, our members at Premise, or within the greater healthcare ecosystem. This program will provide valuable resources and insight to explore that passion even further.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Annually, the Council\u2019s selection committee evaluates candidates to create a diverse class from various subsectors within the healthcare industry, including direct experience in a healthcare setting, care delivery, care management, and industry funding.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m thrilled to connect and collaborate with leaders from across the country in the center of Nashville which has become the place to be for healthcare innovation. At Premise, we\u2019ve seen what advanced primary care can do to provide access to care, improve health outcomes, and reduce costs. My goal this year is to learn from the highly esteemed faculty and roll up my sleeves with fellows from other industries to shape the future of healthcare in the U.S.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

McManama is the fourth Premise representative to be invited to the program, joining previous council fellow alumni: Beth Ratliff, chief operating officer, Ryan Donnelly, head of growth and strategy, and Leah Cathey, EVP of operations.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fellows join a five-month intensive educational program where they participate in lectures, social events, and immersive experiences. They are led by a <\/span>faculty of industry leaders<\/span><\/b><\/a>, ranging in expertise from innovation in care delivery to epidemiology, population health, health equity, policy and legislation, and various healthcare specialties.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
