The Training APEX Awards rankings were revealed during <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">the L&amp;D Silver Jubilee Gala at the annual <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingconference.com\/2025\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Training Conference &amp; Expo<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> in Orlando, Florida<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. This is the third consecutive year for Premise to receive a ranking, placing <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">30 out of 95 award-winning organizations.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Training <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingmag.com\/training-magazine-ranks-the-winners-of-the-2025-training-apex-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APEX Award winners<\/a> are determined by a series of benchmarks tracking peak performance in employer-sponsored training and development programs, alongside organizational success metrics. Rankings are based on factors such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Total training budget<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Percentage of payroll<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Scope of training programs provided\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Detailed formal and informal training programs<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Training linked to business\/business unit goals<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Business outcomes resulting from training<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Premise\u2019s ART (Access, Respect, and Trust) of Team Member Service program <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">is a l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eading approach to cultivating exceptional experiences for Premise team members and clients. Developed in collaboration with some of the Premise\u2019s industry-leading partners, ART is a proprietary program intended to<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> build and maintain a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">culture of communication, trust, and service.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cEvery interaction with your organization can create a lasting impression, whether it\u2019s with new team members or longtime partners,\u201d remarked Premise CHRO Liz Reimer. \u201cThat\u2019s why we dedicate the time and resources for our training to really focus in on these principles.
