Premise Health was recently awarded a spot on the 2025 Top Workplaces list by the Tennessean for the tenth consecutive year. The company ranked second out of 14 large companies in Middle Tennessee, reaffirming its status as one of the region\u2019s top healthcare employers of this size\u2014a distinction it has maintained since 2017. For the sixth year in a row, the organization also received a specialty award, with this year\u2019s recognizing team member support of its strategic direction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Award winners are determined based on third-party survey data collected by <\/span>Energage<\/span><\/b><\/a>. The survey gathers anonymous employee feedback, measuring culture drivers critical to the success of organizations dedicated to fostering a \u2018people-first culture,\u2019 including alignment, growth, execution, and support.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
