Updated: October 22, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This State Privacy Law Addendum (\u201cAddendum\u201d) provided by Premise Health Employer Solutions, LLC (\u201cPremise Health\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) supplements the information contained in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.premisehealth.com\/privacy-policy-center\/website-privacy-policy\/\">Website Privacy Policy<\/a> (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d or \u201cPolicy\u201d) and describes our privacy practices under certain state laws.<\/p>\n<p>The following state-specific privacy notices are incorporated into this Addendum to the extent the state law applies to you and Premise Health:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.premisehealth.com\/privacy-policy-center\/california-resident-privacy-notice\/\"><strong>California Notice<\/a><\/strong>, which describes rights provided to Virginia residents under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To the extent there is any inconsistency between the terms of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.premisehealth.com\/privacy-policy-center\/website-privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and the state-specific resident privacy notices, the terms of the notices control.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE:\u00a0 If a state consumer data privacy law currently in effect is <u>not<\/u> listed in this State Law Addendum, we have determined the state law: (i) does <u>not<\/u> apply to Premise Health or the data collected from the webpages subject to this Privacy Policy; and\/or (ii) does <u>not<\/u> require additional notice or provide any consumer rights beyond the
